As most everyone knows Becky & I suspended our crops and classes in January 2008. As much as we loved doing them we found our families and other committments were needing our attention. Well, for me in this down time I started reflecting on where my business has brought me to this point and where I want to be in the future. Teaching classes was the most fun for me (and I hope those who attended the classes). ;) Our crops mostly focused on scrapbooking, which I love to do for myself, but found I was lacking in helping others. My vision kept turning back to cards, papercrafting, altering, etc. And with the influence of hanging out with Becky I found I was enjoying stamping more and more. I will no longer be selling I Remember When or MemoryWorks products. IRW is the company I have started this journey with and it is very bittersweet to be moving on after two years.
So, (if you have read this far thank you) I decided to sign up as a Stampin' Up! demonstrator. This was a huge decision. But, one I am most excited about! :) I have so many exciting plans for all of you. This blog will serve as the hub for my new venture. You may access my SU website from here (see the link on the right side toolbar), while you are there please take a moment and sign up to receive the SU monthly newsletter. I will be offering online tutorials, you can hostess a virtual workshop, show projects featuring SU projects, tell you about upcoming specials (including sneak peeks) and keep you informed on classes I will be holding locally. Please feel free to email me with any questions you may have or if you need a current sring-summer 2008 catalog. You can also leave me a comment on this blog. :) I look forward to sharing this amazing adventure with you. ;)
To kick off my daily updates and inspiration here are two quick and easy valentine projects!
